    Captained by Rich Davis

bigpicWith 5 players making their first appearance this year for the A team we came away with a very good result, A 3--3 draw keeps us on top of the league and still unbeaten. Wins from the dependable duo Rob Ralph with Geraint Mills 7-5 and Richard Davis with Dan Townley 4-3. Halves from Chris Sissons with Gary Eckersley and Richard Williams with John Cox. Neil Hobbs with Mark Miles and Dave Ogg with Joey Spears had close games but couldn't quite get the better of their opponents. If the A team had “cock of the day" it would have to go to Chris Sissons who took a tee shot from the Lady's tee box smacked it 280 yards then told to take it again and proceeded to hit straight into the trees. I would like to thank everyone who played today and looking forward to the next game.
