    ()

    The B Team were home to Broadway on Saturday, 26 August 2017 and won 4 ½ - 1 ½ .

bigpicThe team was captained by Rob Dore with Martin Malone, Paul Vedmore, Captain Phil, Oliver Purdy, Philip Vincent, Mark Farmer, Dean Peters, Pete Stephens, Luke Purdy, Steve Morton Lee and Dave Onions. Rob said:- ‘Firstly I would like to thank Dean Peters for dropping in at the very last moment due to a telepathy/flat phone error, much appreciated Deano. On a perfect day to play golf I think both teams put in a fair shift and enjoyed themselves. We won 4 1/2 to 1 1/2 so another good day for the team who keep pleasantly surprising me with some great results. The cock went to Luke Purdy for asking to play with Paul Vedmore then going on to be the only pairing to loose - he knew the penalty before playing and buckled under the pressure! Thanks everybody for another enjoyable day.’
